Actor Dustin Diamond has been arrested for allegedly violating his probation, almost six weeks after he was released from prison.
The former Saved by The Bell star was released from Wisconsin’s Ozaukee County Jail on 11 April (16) after serving three months of a four month sentence for carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct following a bar fight in December, 2014.
Diamond, 39, was back in custody at the Ozaukee County Jail on a probation hold on Wednesday evening (25May16). A probation hold occurs when the probation officer believes their charge has violated the terms of their parole.
It is likely Diamond will be held while the probation officer completes an investigation into the alleged violation, and he could have his parole revoked if the offence is serious enough, according to CNN.com. It hasn’t been revealed how Diamond has allegedly breached his parole.
The original incident occurred on Christmas Day (25Dec) in 2014, when he was celebrating with his fiancee Amanda Schultz in a Wisconsin bar. An altercation broke out and a man was stabbed.
“It’s pretty daunting, it’s pretty scary going into that environment,” he told U.S. news show Extra about prison after his release. “I found that as long as you follow the rules and stay with the system, it works. You can get in and out unscathed.”

Tom Cruise lost his chance to go into space after the 2003 Columbia Space Shuttle disaster.
The Hollywood superstar, 53, narrated Space Station 3D, a 2002 short documentary which was the first live-action film to be shot in space.
As part of the deal that saw him involved in the project documenting the assembly of the International Space Station, Tom received secret astronaut training from America’s National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
However plans for him to fly in the organisation’s iconic Space Shuttle craft were abandoned when in February 2003 the Space Shuttle Columbia disintegrated when trying to re-enter the Earth’s atmosphere after a mission, killing all seven astronauts on board.
“Tom wanted to be an astronaut, he flies his own GulfStream IV Jet and he’s qualified as a pilot,” Toni Myers, who directed Space Station 3D tells British newspaper The Sun. “He was very enthusiastic about doing Space Station 3D but the deal was he also wanted to fly in the Space Shuttle. He had a very good chance of doing so but then the accident happened and that was the end of that.”
The disaster was caused by a piece of foam insulation breaking off and damaging the Shuttle’s wing. The damage allowed hot gasses to penetrate the spacecraft, causing it to break apart.
After the disaster, Space Shuttle launches were halted for two years before NASA resumed limited flights. The American space agency formally ended the program in 2011.
Since starring in the 1986 blockbuster Top Gun, in which he played a headstrong U.S. Air Force pilot, Tom has taken a number of roles that have seen him embrace space travel and technology.
He has starred in Oblivion and Edge of Tomorrow, two science-fiction thrillers which explore mankind’s interaction with alien life forms.
In 2013 he told The Sun that he was planning to book a place on British entrepreneur Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic space flights, saying, “I’m going to let a couple of other people test it (Virgin Galactic’s spacecraft) out first but it would be great. I was always hoping when I was a kid that we would be travelling to different planets by now.”
The star, a member of the Church of Scientology religious movement, also revealed he believed the existence of alien life was a strong possibility. “I don’t think you can actually count it out,” he said. “It might be a little arrogant to think we were the only ones in all the galaxies throughout the universe – but I’ve never met one!”

TV personality Jimmy Fallon has never cracked the code on how to style his hair.
The late night talk show host always looks dapper while sat behind his desk to interview guests, either rocking a smart suit or a slightly more casual ensemble. While he may appear to have mastered his style from the outside, Jimmy admits he still struggles to find the right ‘do for his locks.
“As far as hair goes, I’ve never cracked the code, really,” he told U.S. InStyle. “I’m at an OK phase right now, but on (Saturday Night Live’s) Weekend Update, I tried every hairstyle known to man. Awful ones. Asymmetrical ones. Haircuts where (co-anchor) Tina (Fey) was saying, ‘What is going on with that?’ And I was like, ‘I know. This one’s a bad one.’ I remember looking at magazines and thinking, ‘That’s a good look’. I’d do that.”
For a photo shoot to accompany his interview, 41-year-old Jimmy rocks an array of cool garments, including a black and white striped top under a grey pea coat and a dark cardigan with a collared shirt.
Talking about his relationship with clothes, the American star recalls how he used to be dictated by trends and the world around him when selecting outfits.
“Growing up, I was a T-shirt and jeans kid,” he recalled. “But I was always interested in fashion. By college, I was thinking more about looks that worked for me and ones that didn’t. Should I do Kurt Cobain? I had the cardigans and the T-shirts and the ripped jeans. In my Beastie Boys phase, I was just wearing ski hats to class. But I was also very goofy, so I’d wear a Wendy’s shirt, like I worked at Wendy’s.”
There was also the “gas-station jacket” which he loved at the time. But when he’s off-duty these days, Jimmy likes to stick with tailored classics such as button-up shirts, khaki trousers and brown shoes.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have reportedly threatened to take legal action against a former bodyguard after he spoke to the media about working for them.
Steve Stanulis, a temporary minder for Kanye, has spoken out about the couple to various outlets after he was allegedly fired because Kanye believed he was trying to hit on Kim before the Met Gala in New York on 2 May (16).
The couple’s lawyer has now sent a letter to Steve, insisting they will pursue a lawsuit if he continues to speak about them or refuses to make a public apology to the family, according to TMZ.com.
Steve reportedly signed a confidentiality agreement before he was hired in which he promised not to discuss what he saw working for them. Breaking this contract means he is reportedly liable for a $10 million (£6.8 million) lawsuit.
Steve, who only worked for them for a total of two weeks, recently told the Daily Mail Kanye caught him approaching Kim in a hallway to ask a question, and he was subsequently dropped as their guard as the rapper thought he was flirting with Kim.
“I had no intention on hitting on Kim Kardashian,” he said. “I am happily married. I got enough problems in the world and three young kids, so that was not my intent. She’s a very beautiful girl, very attractive… (but) I didn’t hit on Kim.”
This isn’t the first time the power couple have taken legal action over a confidentiality agreement. YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley signed the document so he could witness Kanye’s proposal at AT&T Park in San Francisco, California in October, 2013, but he secretly recorded their special moment and posted it online.
Kanye, 38, and Kim, 35, sued and the case was settled for $440,000 (£300,000) last year (15).

Justin Bieber enjoyed an impromptu road trip with Dutch DJ Martin Garrix and music video director Rory Kramer on Tuesday night (24May16).

Thanks @justinbieber for always knowing when I’m down and dropping what you’re doing to make sure I’m still me. #RunIt.”
Justin, who has recently admitted to struggling with fame, also shared a picture of the trio chilling out by a beach campfire.
“These are the nights I live for,” wrote the 22-year-old pop star, who boasts 228.2million followers. “Had one of the best nights of my life last night. Road trip!”
However, it isn’t all basic living for Justin and his pals, as the What Do You Mean singer is reportedly renting a lakeside home in exclusive Toluca Lake, Los Angeles complete with its own jet skis, boat, and dock.
Justin is reportedly paying $80,000 (£55,000) a month for the 10 bedroom home which also has a reported 16 bathrooms. It also boasts a gym, game room, screening room and a pool.
On Monday (23May16), Justin revealed he isn’t that keen on awards shows calling them “hollow”.
“I don’t feel good when I’m there nor after,” he explained in a lengthy post on Instagram after he attended the 2016 Billboard Awards.”These award shows seem so hollow. I get the premise is to award people for their accomplishments, but is it really? Because when I look in the audience I see a bunch of fake smiles so that when the camera hits them they look happy.”

Actress Lena Dunham is trying to quit her addiction to apologising.
The Girls co-creator has penned an essay for LinkedIn titled Sorry, Not Sorry: My Apology Addiction, in which she admits she had been “apologising profusely” since 1989 and she is trying to break the habit of uttering the word sorry too often, for any minor reason, when it isn’t truly warranted, as she believes most women do.
“I am a woman who is sometimes right, sometimes wrong but somehow always sorry,” she writes. “And this has never been more clear to me than in the six years since I became a boss. It’s hard for many of us to own our power, but as a 24-year-old woman (girl, gal, whatever I was) I felt an acute and dangerous mix of total confidence and the worst imposter syndrome imaginable.
“If I changed my mind, if someone disagreed with me, even if someone else misheard me or made a mistake… I was so, so sorry. ‘If you say sorry again, I’m going to lovingly murder you,’ Jenni (Konner, producer) texted during a meeting. ‘I’m sorry,’ I texted back.”
Lena, now 30, was challenged by her dad Carroll to go a week without apologising, and the goal actually made a difference because began properly articulating what she needed to say. Lena challenges readers to stop saying sorry unless they truly, sincerely mean it.
“But what do you replace sorry with? Well for starters, you can replace it with an actual expression of your needs and desires. And it turns out when you express what you want (without a canned and insincere apology) everyone benefits… Because it turns out saying sorry somehow makes you sorrier. In friendships, it creates tension and some odd drama where there wasn’t any…”
Her week-long challenge hasn’t stopped her saying sorry completely as it is a difficult habit for her to break, but it has given her “something to strive” for. She jokingly concludes, “I’m just sorry it took me so long.”

Legendary British rockers Pink Floyd are to be honoured with a special set of stamps.
The commemorative stamps, issued by Britain’s postal service Royal Mail to mark the 50th anniversary of the band’s first professional gig, will be available at U.K. post offices from 7 July (16). They are available to pre-order from Thursday (26May16).
The collection of ten stamps feature some of the progressive rock pioneers’ most famous album covers, as well as four showing the band playing live.
On Thursday, a post on the band’s Twitter account read, “On July 7th, the UK’s @royalmailstamps are releasing 10 special Pink Floyd stamps, with album covers and live shots.”
Album covers depicted on the stamps include their 1967 breakthrough album The Piper at the Gates of Dawn, their transformative 1973 record The Dark Side of the Moon and its 1975 follow-up Wish You Were Here.
Emerging in the late 1960s psychedelic rock scene, after the departure of guitarist and songwriter Syd Barrett, the band became known for their innovative progressive rock concept albums and epic live shows.
After nearly three decades as one of the world’s most popular rock bands, Pink Floyd formally split in 1995, a decade after the departure of singer-songwriter Roger Waters, who alongside David Gilmour formed the creative hub of the band during their 1970s peak.
The group reunited for the Live 8 charity concert in 2005, and in 2014, released the album The Endless River, based around previously recorded material.
Gilmour has stated the group will not reunite due to the death in 2008 of keyboardist Richard Wright, and that The Endless River will be their final studio release.

Nick Jonas missed a scheduled radio co-hosting gig in London on Thursday morning (26May15) after having travel issues in France.
The Jealous singer was due to co-host the BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show with DJ Nick Grimshaw between 6.30am and 10am local time, but he had been stopped as he tried to board the Eurostar train from Paris, France to London. Nick was stuck in an office inside the terminal, for unknown reasons, before he could finally continue his journey.
He was hoping to arrive during the show, but he finally turned up at the Radio 1 studios at 9.59am, just before the end of the show, and he apologised for his travel dilemma.
“The journey I have been on,” he explains. “It’s been tough but I’m glad to have been here for at least 30 seconds… I’m good, it’s been a little frustrating… I’m sorry for standing you up basically. It was the border in France and not me.”
Nick, 23, wasn’t just disappointed that he let down his co-hosting commitment, he was also annoyed that he missed the opportunity to interview Game of Thrones star Kit Harington, who had been in the studio that morning.
“I’m devastated… I’m a huge Game of Thrones fan,” he says. “I was so excited… I was at the border last night, trying to get in, and I was like, ‘you don’t understand, I have an interview with Kit Harington tomorrow! Jon Snow!'”
Despite his travel dilemma, Nick managed to find the funny side on Twitter, especially because the night before (25May16) he had ironically tweeted, “I’m coming by @BBCR1 tomorrow morning to co-host with @Grimmers. 2 Nicks and a carafe of cold brew, what could go wrong?”
On Thursday morning, Grimshaw retweeted the post and wrote, “‘what could go wrong?’ ……..you get stuck in ANOTHER COUNTRY,” and Nick replied, adding, “The irony of this ‘what could go wrong’ tweet from last night is too real @R1Breakfast (crying with laughter emoji).”
Nick stuck around in the studio for radio host Clara Amfo’s show as he was doing a cover song for the Live Lounge session.

The Wonder Years star Jason Hervey was reportedly arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI).
The former teen idol was arrested by police officers earlier this year (16) after they received a call about him driving his pickup truck erratically.
According to editors at TMZ.com, police officers say they found Hervey, who played unlucky in love Wayne Arnold in the family sitcom, “slurring, red-eyed and confused”, behind the wheel of the vehicle.
The actor then reportedly failed a sobriety test. A loaded handgun was also found by officers who searched his truck.
As a result the star was arrested for DUI and carrying a weapon while under the influence.
Although the incident occurred in January (16) it was only revealed last weekend (21-22May16), when Hervey spent 48 hours in jail.
According to the gossip site, Hervey claims he took Ambien before driving his vehicle with the aim of completing an errand. He reportedly thanked the police officers for taking him off the road before an accident occurred.
After appearing in the TV comedy, which ran from 1988 to 1993, Hervey wound down his acting career to become a TV producer and public relations agent.
